Sukey Molloy is a developmental music and movement educator, performing artist, and award winning recording and video artist of children’s music, movement, and song. Her music has won the 2006 Children’s Music Web Award, and the 2008 NAPPA Honors Award, and her DVD, Sukey’s Circle! is a recipient of the 2009 NAPPA Honors Award and 2010 Mom’s Choice Award.
In addition to appearances with her Circle Song Band, Sukey creates and teaches movement and music programs for children age birth to six, and gives teacher training workshops for early childhood educators. Sukey is certified with the IAIM in guided infant touch, and received her developmental movement training with Dr. Garland O’Quinn, Jr. of Developmental Gymnastics Int’l. As a former professional modern dancer in NYC, Sukey enjoys creating music, movement and song for children of all ages.
